Over The Shoulder Boulder Holders (The Bra)

What do you think about bras?

I have to say that I developed Boobage at a quite early age. Though I was very firmly a Tomboy in these young years, my mother told me that I HAD to get a bra when I was in third grade because I bounced too much when I ran.

Devastating…

My older sister finally got her one when she was in Jr. High, not because she needed it, but it was too embarrassing in gym class to NOT have one.

I always told her she left hers behind and I picked all of it up on my way through the birth canal…  Maybe that is too much sharing?

At any rate, I found this great article about wearing bras at home today that I just had to share, from The Stir.

April Daniels Hussar, the author, talks about the necessity of wearing bras in many places where she would prefer not to for comfort, like at home, because of the difference that time and bearing children has made on them.

Let me just say here that gravity sucks – literally…

Do you hate wearing them?  I do…

I’m with April – I look better with them for sure.

But the discomfort can be quite annoying, especially the underwires – after several washingts they seem to get sort of twisted and pokey.

And when my shoulders get stiff and sore after spending too much time at my computer, they are almost like extra straw and I HAVE to take it off (sorry, world!).

Read her story here, and let us know if you wear YOUR bra at home…
