Get Healthy Hair From The Inside Out

You know that you can be dressed to the max, but if your hair is dull and lifeless you won’t be pulling off that look you are seeking.

There are lots of good products that you can use on your hair to emphasize curl, defrizz, straighten, etc. But healthy hair starts on the inside.

Your hair will be at its best if you are eating a healthy diet full of vitamins and nutrients, drinking plenty of water, and keeping alcohol to a minimum.

Of course, it is also a good idea to avoid smoking, get regular exercise, and protect your hair from the sun and chemicals found in swimming pools.

If you eat a poor diet, you can still turn it around and get the healthy hair you want.  It isn’t a quick fix, but within 6 months you will notice a huge difference in the look and feel of your hair.

What nutrients do you need for healthy hair, and where can you find them?  WebMD shared some tips on eating for healthy hair here.
