Naughty or Nice? Brain Chemical May Tell

A new chemical has been identified that may be largely responsible for generous and moral behavior in humans. Research has shown the chemical, called oxytocin, to increase unselfish behavior when an additional amount is given to people and that people who produce less of it tend to act with less empathy.
