In today’s world, just taking a multivitamin is not going to keep you in the “healthy club.” Our lives (or at least mine) are packed with bad habits, high stress levels, long work hours, lack of sleep and unhealthy food choices. It is more difficult to keep fitness and our health on the forefront. These negative habits can not only give you a tire around your midsection, but also can lead to serious diseases like, heart disease, stroke and even cancer.
